1. We can incorporate changing the positions of doors,
windows and any other entities in the design as per your choice, as far as the plan remains same.
2. We can increase and decrease sizes of entities which are
allotted in the plan.
3. We can change the furniture layout, as per the existing
furniture availability in your house.
4. We can make changes in wall sizes, with respect to
available brick sizes at your particular location.
5. We can make some adjustments to cater to the Vaastu
norms.
6. IF plot is above 1000 sq. ft., we can add 5-10 %
additional entities to it, like Puja room, wash area, common toilet, store, Laundry area etc.

1. If you are changing any requirements within the existing
plan.
2. If your plot size is irregular
